Full stop and Comma problem

Bug Description
If I use -FP as my full stop and -RB as my comma, this causes problems.
To reproduce:
Write -FP
Write -RB
You will see that after -FP, -RB does not do anything.

This is because of the following entry in the Plover default dictionary:
"-FP/-RB": "{.}",
Delete that entry, and you should be fine.
