Need api for client to get Mir connection error message

Bug Description

PAPI hides the MirConnection pointer until it has verified it is correct.

However if the connection fails, client will want to find out why. Mir does have mir_connection_get_error_message(MirConnection*) for this, but PAPI doesn't expose it, or allow client to fetch the failed MirConnection* to get the error itself.

So want an API to get the error message.
