Bug Description

The package libubuntu-application-api-test1 is currently a dependency of unity8-desktop-session-mir to run a unity8 session on the desktop. When installing a "click" package like "uberbag" it will current fail because with
"""
TestSensor ERROR: Failed to open data file /usr/share/unity8-desktop-session/sensors.txt: Permission denied
 """
because the click AppArmor profile does not allow reading this file.

So libubuntu_application_api_test.so.1.1.0 should not call "abort()" when the sensors.txt file can not be read. Alternatively we could imnplement a "null-backend" for systems like the deskotp where no sensor data is available.

that issue has been deprecated by the new platform-api version which has desktop backends, closing the report (I confirmed on a desktop session that it's not an issue with the current daily)
