menubar and emacs menu

Bug Description
the kde plasmoid menubar does not grab the emacs menu.
note, it does grab the menu from gtk apps like gedit and gnome player.

Sorry for being too quick on this (actually I had played with this around for a week, just found out the solution now)
I had installed emacs. I noticed an emacs-snapshot too. When I installed it, the menubar now works!
