Firefox may lose dropdown menu and pop-up menu when MenuBar present

Bug Description
When Firefox has extension "Global Menubar integration 3.2.5" and I had plasma menubar on my panel, Firefox often loses dropdown menu and right-click pop-up menu.
Procedure:
1. open firefox with any normal web-age, right-click and the pop-up menu shows.
2. go plasma menu bar and choose Tools / A (Ctrl+Shift-A), then firefox main window opens a new tab which lists some extensions.
3. switch to a normal web-page tab and found right-click stop working.
There are many ways to reproduce the problem, the above is just one example.
A similiar bug for unity-2d has been fixed:

The above "fix" the problem from unity-2d, but the problem stills bugs KDE users after that fix.
I guess the problem lies between Global Menubar integration and Plasma Menubar. Since everything go back to normal when I disabled the firefox extension "Global Menubar integration"

Yes very annoing go the same with Arch Linux x86_64 and KDE 4.8.4
