Bug Description
Tor Browser and Firefox are both represented by a Firefox logo and it is unified.
So if I have a Firefox window and a Tor Browser window, Plank shows them both as two windows of the same program: one firefox icon with two glowing dots (unlike every other window button panel item that apes Windows 95-Vista). One dot represents an active Firefox window and the other dot represents an active Tor Browser window, but from Plank's perspective, they are they the same.
As someone who may have a Firefox window open to listen to Youtube videos and look up stuff fast while having sessions in Tor Browser to post on message boards, keeping the icons on Plank separate would help greatly.

Also, if Tor Browser is running, clicking Firefox icon on Plank brings Tor Browser window to the foreground instead of launching Firefox.
