Bug Description
With Plank 0.10.0, the single indicator is sometimes not shown for a running app until a second instance of it is opened and closed or a dialog belonging to it is opened (and closed). This behavior seems to be random and can be seen with both GTK-based and Qt-based apps. The double indicator is always shown for two or more instances though.
P.S. I use Plank under LXQT with Debian and don't have any GTK-based DE. However, Plank-0.9.1 always showed the single indicator so that I could know which apps were running by a glance at the dock.
I use Intel video card and installed Plank from the Debian repository.

The problem was not in Plank but in libpixman-1-0 v0.32.6-3. Upgrading to v0.33.2 fixed it.
