Binary backend under-specifies dependencies sometimes

Bug Description

pkgme's binary backend detects dependencies by running ldd on shared objects and then using apt-file to figure out what packages they come from.

However, pkgme is overly strict when matching library to package. It uses the full path of the found libraries on the system, rather than the name of the needed library. It also matches many things to ia32-lib, when it should perhaps be matching to more specific libraries.

Not actually contradictory to bug 812244.
