Will pick a .png over the real executable

Bug Description
When wokring on a package I found that pkgme would pick
foo/
over
foo/PACKAGENAME
It should probably filter out things with extensions that make it very unlikely
they are executables.
Maybe it should use file and have a whitelist of file types (ELF executables,
shell scripts, python, perl, ...)
