Bug Description

In the packages.ubuntu.com, Asian (Indonesian) mirror Kambing named kambing.vlsm.org. That is the old URL of Kambing. Now Kambing has new URL in kambing.ui.ac.id.

Man, whoever is reponsible for this part of Ubuntu really isn't doing their job when 404s don't get fixed for over three years.
