Some icons are not the best displayed using dark background

Bug Description

I have been playing around with master on Windows XP and I have noticed that some icons are not well displayed on dark background (e.g. black background). The icons that I have enlarged or modified in bug 1181802 are displayed OK, but the rest of the icons that I didn't touch are the ones that don't look OK on dark background.

I created white border around this icons, bellow I will attach this icons.

The only thing that hast to be done by code maintainer is to add bellow icons to source code folder \Pinta.Resources\Resources\ and commit to GitHub.

P.S. I recompiled Pinta with this new icons and new icons are in my humble opinion way better seen on dark background.

There are some icons bellow that are still used by tools icons. So I have created them 32 x 32 and created white background. For this icons there should be some code changes.

Icons #7, #8 and #9 should be renamed before coping to the \Pinta.Resources\Resources\ folder:
#7: from Tools.Move.png to Cursor.Move.png
#8: from Tools.MoveSelection.png to Cursor.MoveSelection.png
#9: from Tools.Zoom.png to Cursor.Zoom.png
and then change the code to display mouse icons from Cursor.xxx.png instead of icons from Tools.xxx.png.

One problem left for Zoom. When Zoom icon is clicked then zoom-plus icons appears. When right mouse Zoom icon is clicked the zoom-minus icons appears. I don't know which icons are used for zoom-plus and zoom-minus. Which icons? I can update them to look better on dark background, but I need to know what are there's names.

The existing icons seem ok to me on a black background - do you have before/after screenshots of what they look like on your machine?

I kind of prefer the original ones, personally (the white border makes it harder for me to see). What do other people think?
