Does not start in Ubuntu 13.04: ImportError: No module named 'picapy'

Bug Description

The latest Picapy 2.0.2-0extras12.10.1 doesn't start in Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail. When trying to launch it from the command line, I get this:

andrei@ubuntu-desktop:/opt/extras.ubuntu.com/picapy/bin$ ./picapy
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./picapy", line 38, in <module>
    from picapy import Picapy
ImportError: No module named 'picapy'

did you try installing from package manager? That's how I did it, and seemed to work ok. It added a menu item, and runs fine.

To add to package manager, add PPA from: https://launchpad.net/~atareao/+archive/atareao then just sudo apt-get install picapy.

I remember getting a similar error on another version, it has something to do with where the files are copied.
