Bug Description
The mouse overlay toolbuttons displayed above thumbnails and fullsize images could be improved by:
1. displaying tooltips when hovering over them describing their function
2. giving visual indication that button will be activated if button is clicked (see normal toolbar buttons)
3. dimming the background so that toolbuttons stand out more
4. (viewer toolbuttons) only show the overlays when mouse is in top half of the view
