version-numbering is wrong

Bug Description

The -X denotes a Debian release, Ubuntu uses the suffix ubuntu1 and PPAs have the suffix ~ppa1. Source release's (.tar.gz) have no suffix. More info here: https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA/BuildingASourcePackage#Versioning

Currently:
> photostory_0.9-1_all.tar.gz
> photostory_0.9-1_all.deb

Should be:
> photostory_0.9.tar.gz
> photostory_0.9-0ubuntu1~ppa1_all.deb
