Bug Description

rebase on scope-aggregator 4.8 to enable display of quick start content (translated) without needing hints scope, and to pick up 4.8 optimizations.

fixed with 4.8.0 (attached).

Note: the click is not added to clicks branch as it is now frozen for ota12.

Hi Penk,

Please include photos 4.8.0 (attached) in ota13 and note it is not added to clicks (since it is frozen for ota12).
