'xbstream' doesn't terminate after SST/IST

Bug Description

Package: percona-xtradb-cluster-server-5.5
Version: 5.5.41-25.11-853.wheezy

wsrep_sst_method = xtrabackup-v2

streamfmt = xbstream
transferfmt = socat

When SST/IST is triggered, 'xbstream' doesn't terminate and doesn't have a parent process.

Sample processlist during and after a SST/IST:

mysql 19051 0.0 0.0 21608 1408 ? S 09:50 0:00 socat -u TCP-LISTEN:4444,reuseaddr stdio
mysql 19052 0.0 0.0 5756 656 ? S 09:50 0:00 pv -f -i 10 -N joiner

After replacing '/usr/bin/wsrep_sst_xtrabackup-v2' with an older version (5.5.39-25.11-816.wheezy) the problem goes away.

I see this problem from time to time also. A variation to this is IST completing succesfully and still seeing xbstream start. Inconvenient at best.
