Bug Description

xbcloud is currently always built when compiling xtrabackup from source. This additionally requires the libev dependency. In many environments this tool goes completely unused and the additional dependencies can be bothersome when building from source.

This is a feature request to make building the xbcloud utility optional when compiling xtrabackup from source.

Good point. Lets add something like WITH_XBCLOUD, WITH_XBSTREM, WITH_XBCRYPT
