[DOC] Remove --scpopt and --sshopt in Innobackupex options list

Bug Description
Both options --scpopt and --sshopt can still be found on Xtrabackup 2.1 and 2.2 innobackupex options list. AFAIK, these options were removed since --remote-host option was deprecated.
