Documentation: Privileges Needed should be updated

1) As of the current (2.1.8) version, Page 12 does not list the PROCESS privilege anywhere. It should be added for consistency.

2) On page 28, the section 'Waiting for queries to finish' does not list that it requires the PROCESS privilege to see queries from other users while the very next section 'Killing the blocking queries' does. I suggest it be added to the 'Waiting for queries to finish' section as well.

If you do not have the PROCESS privilege for the user performing the backup, no error is generated. It simply skips the wait period if queries in question are running under a different user.
