png exporter does not show tented vias

Bug Description
The png exporter does not show tented vias, see attached files and screenshot.
I compiled pcb from recent git HEAD, as of June 6th, 2016.
Commit 3830eb8c231f110
In the attached pcb file the 4 vias on the top are tented (covered with soldermask), the 4 vias on the lower part have a soldermask clearance equal to the drill size.

What do we expect the output to look like? Just a dark green where the holes are instead of black?
