xtstat doesn't use my.cnf

Bug Description
xtstat forces the user to specify connection parameters on the command line (or use the baked in defaults). It would be nice if it would use the settings in the user's my.cnf. I've attached a simple patch against bin/xtstat_xt.cc to use the mysql_options() MYSQL_READ_

Thanks for the patch!
In order to make use of the standard configuration file one has to create [xtstat] section it it and fill it with the standard connection options like "socket", "host", etc...
