Add support for font ligatures

Bug Description

There are many terminal applications (Konsole, macOS's Terminal etc.) that support font ligatures. This is a nice feature because many coding fonts use ligatures to render important coding symbols.

Guys, will this be considered a Terminal feature on a near future? I'm testing with Konsole and it's very cool. :-)
