can not publish to existing facebook album

Bug Description
I would like to publish pictures to my facebook page.
It is not possible, so same messages as in these bugs

and

But nothing happens on these bugs
Will this be solved with this app?

Apparently this has been resolved for Trusty with certain Shotwell versions, but I don't know exactly how that trasnlates over to Photos. Since I'm on Elementary OS Freya, will installing Shotwell be identical to the look of "Photos"?
