Bug Description
If we use light locker in Isis, the startup animation needs to change. It's way too slow and obnoxious to have it play every time you open and close your notebook.

Linked the current working-branch for the new UI. If you want to fix this bug, please use lp:~teemperor/pantheon-greeter/new-ui-branch as the target and NOT trunk. You also should be ready for feedback from Dan on the animation and be ready to change it.
