Improve separation in background context menu

Bug Description

The separation is confusing from multiple reasons: since everything is separated from everything - there is not grouping; also, since the "Show Hidden Folders" is mixed in with all the rest, it is confusing to the user since we are mixing actions which regard the current folder (sort, compress, open properties) with actions which regard the application's folder view as a whole (show hidden folders).

There is some grouping, depending on the context. e.g. Cut/Copy/Paste and the contractor additions.

Other suitable groupings need to be decided as it is not obvious how e.g. Move to Trash, Rename, Show Hidden, Properties should be grouped - there is no obvious commonality.

Perhaps this is a discussion for UX. I can't remember whether Dan suggested a solution for this, I believe this was the conclusion of a long discussion about finding a better place for the "Hidden files" context menu entry.

I have found and linked a related blueprint and marked the blueprint "for discussion". The blueprint contains a suggested layout we can consider.
