Files doesn't go up a folder in SFTP mode

Bug Description
When connecting to a server in Files, you can't go up a folder in the path. It just displays the message "Unable to Mount Folder. The server for this folder could not be located."
To replicate:
1. Choose "Connect to Server..." in Files.
2. Input your Server details and Connect
3. Browse the server, go couple of directories deep.
4. Press any folder in the path at the top of Files.
Using latest Freya.
