don't bookmark root of a listed device

Bug Description
It doesn't make sense to be able to bookmark for example the root of a file system.
It is already listed under devices (so it is already bookmarked).
However a folder/subfolder makes sense to be bookmarked in the file system.

It looks like this was partially fixed at some point - you cannot bookmark device roots using the context menu. However, Ctrl-D still creates a bookmark.
