Dock tooltips appear on wrong monitor

Bug Description

In a two monitor setup, the tooltips when holding my mouse over one of the icons of the dock shows up on the wrong screen.

Expected behaviour - same screen, above the icon in quesiton.

This also occurs for me on the latest freya build. The Dock appears on the "wrong" monitor (not primary) but the names (on hover) appear on the primary monitor. When right clicking on an icon the menu appears sticked to the left side of the "wrong" monitor.

This corrects itself after a while after booting. Also happens on my work laptop (two external monitors, different hardware).

Occurs to me. It happens when I first boot into the desktop with one monitor and then I plug an external monitor in HDMI port. The top bar goes to the new monitor but the dock stay on the second screen. I usualy fix it by opening an application that's not pinned on the dock.
