Star ratings have no effect on Banshee

Bug Description
When I click a star rating on Panflute it has no effect on Banshee. Song changes do not update the Panflute rating either.
Using Panflute 0.5.1 and Banshee 1.6 Beta 2 (1.5.1) on Karmic.

This can't be fixed until Banshee implements a way to set song ratings via D-Bus. In the meantime, the applet ought to give a better indication that the player doesn't support setting song ratings.
