note that you can't actually switch cameras on the web page, but if you change the browser default camera in the privacy settings of the browser you can choose the rear or front camera.
In portrait mode the front camera image is inverted. Rotating the phone 90 anticlockwise it is the correct way up, rotating 90 clockwise it is inverted again.
For the rear camera it is the correct way up in portrait mode, it is correct when rotated 90 anticlockwise, but inverted when rotated 90 clockwise. Portrait upside down doesn't rotate the web page and seems logical enough.

related to Bug #1535820 I expect, but this isn't an edge case, with an odd orientation the front camera is upside down for the basic portrait video-calling/ selfie scenario.
