Overlay scrollbars causing problem in Font Manager

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Font Manager https:/
2. Start Font Manager
3. Select any font
4. Click "View font metadata" icon
5. Window "Font information" appears
Unfortunately, because of scrollbars, space for text under "Copyright:" and "Description:" labels is to small to see anything.
If I start Font Manager with overlay scrollbars disabled, everything is fine.
