Bug Description
qgtkstyle, the qt theming engine that renders using Gtk+, needs to use the GtkScrollbar style, not from overlay scrollbars.
Right now, qt is blacklisted to ensure the proper GtkScrollbar style.
It will probably be reborn into a new project.
