Bug Description
In some deployments where more than one region gets involved we could be in a situation where operators want to make difference between services running on separated regions.
The proposed change to resolve such use-case will be to add a prefix for the current well auto-generated service name.
For that it is proposed to introduce an option especially for Jaeger.
