OS_TEST_TIMEOUT counts in 'second' ?

Bug Description

I guess the time unit that OS_TEST_TIMEOUT is using is 'seconds', but I didn't see the official description in the document and need to confirm this. Did I miss some part of other document?

You are correct that the unit is seconds. Thanks for reporting that it isn't documented.
