[RFE] 'os_vif.objects.network.Network' should expose dns_name

Bug Description

If the DNS integration is enabled in neutron, then networks (instances of 'neutron.objects.network.Network') have a 'dns_domain' attribute [1]. Unfortunately this is not exposed by os_vif. We should remedy this.
