Bug Description
The current implementation of VIFVHostUser class only provides vhostuser socket path and mode.
These fields are not enough for the os-vif driver that wants to plug vhostuser ports that use the fast path technology.
In this case such os-vif drivers should be able to access extra fields that will be set by nova (in _nova_to_
