Bug Description
If os-net-config create an interface with a foo.xxx where xxx is a numerical value on Red Hat, it won't add the VLAN=yes parameter.
On Debian systems, the interface will be properly associated to the vlan, that's not the case on Red Hat.
A possible solution is to automatically add the VLAN=yes if the interface name match /\.[0-9]+$/.
