out of box orangebox cannot deploy curtin image

Bug Description
Need to add http-proxy and https-proxy for curl to work inside the image.
After this has been fixed the script fails at
tools/1.

Can you provide more information.
This looks like a MAAS error, which caused the bootstrap to fail.
Which versions of the following packages are installed:
maas
juju-core
orange-box
Does MAAS have nodes listed and available for use.
Is one of those nodes a virtual node called, node0vm0.maas?
Which command do you use to bootstrap juju?
