Bug Description

Especially for AI trains, PlayOneShot triggers can get accumulated continuing playing even after the event that triggers them has passed since long time. This is due both to the way AI trains repeatedly apply and release brakes, and by the fact that the check about multiple identical PlayOneShot triggers within the sound management does not cover all cases. The effect is quite annoying.
