Bug Description
Testing the loss aggregation by zone, we noticed that 5 loss points were not correctly classified inside the AMAGUAÑA parroquia, because of the presence of a non-ascii character. Substituting such character with a simple N, the aggregation works correctly.
We need to investigate if this can be anyhow solved by the plugin.
