Bug Description
This PR includes a number of styling improvements to the D3 chart. Also it allows the d3 chart to be resized. The PR also allows the application to pull the category indicators from metadata within the UtfGrid. This allows the charts indicator menus selection list to be populated before the application begins to be used, but more importantly, the state of the menu selections will remain for each session. Previously the menu would be reset each time the user selected another category.
