Bug Description
Some (qa) tests creates a sqlite database in the current directory with filename "eqcatalogue.db". Moreover, if the file already exists, it will be completely dropped and recreated. This could be the cause of unexpected data-deletion.
Use a temporary filename when running tests could fix this issue.
