Bug Description
In OPNFV there is mandatory requirement to do offline deployment from the installer.
This request is to create wiki page to the offline deployment.
https:/
installers deploy without internet access, like git or wget and download packages or iso, etc.
As JOID won't be building the offline iso so we need a wiki to explain how to do it.

Akash do we have any description how to deploy OpenStack in offline mode we could share with OPNFV users?
