A utility is needed for configuring custom regions on an existing database

GT.M allows setting up different regions with different global names mapped to them. This is useful for controlling which globals are journaled or replicated. A new region can be set up fairly quickly with the GDE utility, but, in addition to knowing how to use the utility, it requires some special knowledge about region parameters and requires a careful migration of the globals out of the existing region and into the new region. It would be very helpful to have a new utility that allows doing this simply and safely.
