Bug Description
The ovreplicate utility operates on both the cluster as a whole -- it runs commands on both the primary and the secondary, and on all OpenVista instances. It would be nice to be able to exclude certain OpenVista instances that we don't want replicated without having to fall back on the lower-level ovinstancerepl utility.
