GraphQL API

Provide GraphQL HTTP API endpoint for « core » projects.

That would also add the capability to request for highly specific information quickly without having to consum multiple network call.

(mriedem): Sean Dague is familiar with GraphQL and how OpenStack does APIs and the issues you'd have doing something like this in OpenStack, but Sean isn't really involved in OpenStack anymore.
