Bug Description
Filter/map that will limit resize between specific flavors/will allow resize between specific flavors. It may happen that flavors are specific to some hardware and cannot be resized to other
"Resize is cold migration under the hood, which means you can limit things using host aggregates, so why not tie the flavors to host aggregates and let that existing framework handle this for you?

(pasuder): Confirm, clarify, do not use force during manual migration (resize)"
