Typo in German translation of horizon dashboard

Bug Description

I made a local change before I found how to report translation bugs. What follows is the diff. Essentially, the word should be "laden" instead of "lagen". It appears when "something went wrong" in the UI.

Thank you. Indeed, that'd be a typo and the suggestion is certainly the right thing to do.
In the past, translations were handled in an external tool. I don't know how that is for today.
