_daemonset_overrides.tpl create metadata name with illegal characters in some cases

In some scenarios, the label of node contains characters that Kubernetes resources name cannot tolerate, such as'/','_', and so on.
In _ daemonset_overrides.tpl, it's need a replacement of illegal characters to be added, that is, when rendering the metadata name of secret or daemonset, the illegal characters will be replaced with legal characters .
