Bug Description
Installing Openstack on Suse 12 is impossible.
Running zypper in python-
Problem: nothing provides python-monotonic >= 0.6 needed by python-
It seems that the oslo.utils was update on 23rd but the newer version of monotonic was not pushed to the repo.

I think SuSE maintains its repos separately. You would have to specifically talk to Thomas Bechtold or Dirk Mueller who are the main guys from SuSE team who handle packaging of openstack projects.
